For the opening of the new youth welfare facility #ReStart in Horst, we are looking for

educators or special education teachers (m/f/d)

for the residential care of young people with special support needs (border crossers).

Several permanent part-time positions with 30.00 hours per week are to be filled for the pre-opening phase of the facility (approx. 2 months), with subsequent increase in hours up to 39.0 hours per week.

The intensive educational facility #ReStart is expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2024 in Horst. #ReStart offers space for up to 5 young people between the ages of 14 and 18 with special support needs in small residential units, who cannot be covered by the usual available services. The aim of the facility is to provide the young people with a tailored, intensive support and care offer around the clock and to create a safe framework for them to clarify their future perspectives. The team consists of two social pedagogical tandems, further educators, a psychologist and a facility manager.

Your tasks include:

Case work, pre-clearing and initial contacts with the future residents
