Description

Our client, a leading consulting service provider, offers innovative solutions in the field of business consulting. With an experienced team and a wide range of services, they support clients worldwide in optimizing their business processes and implementing state-of-the-art technologies in various areas such as automotive, sales & service, SAP field management, and discrete manufacturing.

Your responsibilities

You will support clients in challenging service projects in the plant, machinery, and component construction as well as in the field of medical instruments
You will optimize the "Seamless Service" process of our clients in customer and remote support using modern SAP technologies
We rely on an active and independent way of working as well as taking on various tasks such as requirement analysis, process design, conceptualization, testing, and training (including workshops)
As a C4C expert, you will be involved in customer acquisition, proposal creation, and presentations

Your qualifications

At least three years of professional experience as a consultant or in a similar position with a background in process/project/method management
First experiences in our target industry as well as in the service sector
You have successfully completed a technical degree and supplemented it with a management degree
You are familiar with current business challenges and solutions
