The Business Analyst provides analytical, planning and coordination support on projects. Responsible for reviewing, interpreting, analyzing and illustrating data.

Pay Range

Minimum $76,696 Midpoint $101,625 Maximum $126,55- Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.

Experience

Required: Minimum two (2) years of experience in an analyst role with significant data analysis.
Preferred: Four (4) years of experience in a managed care organization such as a health plan, management services organization (MSO), IPA or related industry.

Education

Required: Professional certification requiring formal education beyond a twoyear college or five (5) years of equivalent work experience in lieu of education and certification requirement.
Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Care Administration or Business Administration.

Training

Required: None required.

Specialized Skills

Preferred: Proficiency in management information systems such as EZCap 6.0, Cozeva, Crystal Reports and webbased provider portals. Previous experience working in a reporting/analytics team. Strong project management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication; exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills, including system, process and business analysis for problem solving, product evaluation, effective organization of responsibilities and ability to implement multiple projects simultaneously.
