We still have training positions available starting in September 2023 at Madison Place.

You will work in the service department and assist with the organization of events, conferences, and celebrations. You will plan and coordinate the flow of events with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication and etiquette skills.

Your responsibilities:

  • Hosting and advising guests
  • Professional table service, considering different serving styles
  • Organizing service processes
  • Decorating rooms, tables, and celebrations
  • Planning and executing events and conferences
  • Knowledge of service, food, and beverages
  • Using and managing the cash register system
  • Bar and wine knowledge
  • Communicating with guests, selling products
  • Supervising and leading team members

In addition, the apprentice will attend vocational school or block classes 1-2 days per week.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 16 years
  • Teamwork and communication skills
  • Good manners and friendly demeanor
  • Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus
  • Organizational and sales talent
  • Quick learner
  • Pleasant appearance
