Description

The Real Estate Management Essen GmbH (IME) combines its operational units, the Allbau Group and the GVE Property Management City of Essen GmbH with its affiliated companies, to form the real estate competence center of the city of Essen. With a total of around 400 employees, including 195 commercial, 125 technical and 80 industrial, the IME Group supports the city of Essen in major investment challenges as well as urban and neighborhood development. Residential, commercial, administrative, cultural and other municipal properties are professionally managed and sustainably developed from a single source in a central and efficient manner. Under the umbrella of IME, all central functions of the real estate group are united; these include in particular the departments/units of Human Resources, Finance and Corporate Development, Corporate Communications, Legal, Audit and Compliance, as well as the control units for the operational business areas of the Allbau and GVE groups. In addition, the two departments of School Construction and Climate Protection are responsible for important areas of action.

The Real Estate Management Essen GmbH (IME) includes the Allbau Group, the GVE Property Management City of Essen GmbH and the ImmobilienService Essen GmbH.
