Fair Play, SC is looking for a Team Assistant/ Back Office Employee (m/f/d) to join our team in full-time or part-time.


At EmEtz GmbH, founded in 2005 and successful in data protection consulting for many years, we are looking for dedicated employees to join us in shaping the future.


Job Description


As a member of our back office team, you will handle a variety of tasks to support our clients in implementing the General Data Protection Regulation.

You will take on tasks and projects independently, including:


  • Performing various assistant tasks such as creating templates, maintaining data in our systems, and coordinating customer inquiries
  • Managing and developing data protection management systems, including guidelines, policies, TOM, risk analyses, and processing activities for our clients
  • Acting as a competent contact person for our clients and supporting them in selected tasks, gradually taking on more responsibility
  • Communicating openly and independently with clients and business partners
  • Completing important documentation tasks and identifying areas for action independently


You will be an important team member from the start, working in part-time or full-time with a minimum of 20 hours per week, and becoming a permanent and long-term part of EmEtz GmbH.


Your Profile

  • You have completed a commercial, IT, or legal education and ideally have professional experience in the service industry and/or in the corporate sector.
  • You are curious and eager to learn, and are willing to take on new tasks.
