For our location in Neutraubling (near Regensburg), we are looking for a
HR Business Partner (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time.

As an
HR Business Partner (m/f/d), you will be an important link between the HR department and the management team.

You will have the opportunity to further develop yourself.

What you can look forward to:

You will shape employee development and accompany employee discussions
You will take responsibility for recruiting activities and further develop them
You will proactively support managers in HRrelated matters
You will participate in the organization and execution of trade fair appearances and employee events
You will optimize HR processes and successfully apply your expertise in projects
You will develop concepts in the areas of social media and employer branding

What we expect from you:

You have a degree in business administration with a focus on HR marketing/management, media or marketing communication, business psychology, or a comparable education/training (e.g. HR specialist)
You are a strong communicator and team player with empathy
You enjoy driving topics and processes forward and taking responsibility
You have gained experience in the HR field
You have fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
