Position:
Postdoctoral Scholar Research Associate

This is a full-time, fixed term position.


Responsibilities include:

  • Manage research endeavors, specifically for the grant project
  • Coordinate all aspects of project implementation, evaluation/analysis, and dissemination of study findings
  • Synthesize existing data and generate manuscript proposals
  • Serve as the lab's main data manager and analyst
  • Draft comprehensive APAstyle results sections, including tables, graphs, and figures
  • Be active in grantwriting and design of new studies
  • Provide supervision and mentorship for staff and undergraduate research assistants

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate in a biology or engineeringrelated discipline
  • Prior experience in working in a dry lab
  • Exemplary communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Highly developed organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Minimum Education:
Ph.
D.

or equivalent doctorate within previous five years Minimum Experience: 0-1 year Minimum Field of Expertise: Directly related education in research specialization with advanced knowledge of equipment, procedures and analysis methods
