This is a full-time, permanent position (39 hours per week) based in Ahlen.

Job Description:


  • Support in providing care and educational activities at the facility
  • Pedagogical work with children
  • Active participation in implementing and developing the pedagogical concept
  • Compliance with legal framework (KiBiz)
  • Maintaining education documentation
  • Support in planning and implementing projects
  • Collaborative work with parents
  • Cooperation with network partners
  • Teamwork, participation in staff meetings
  • Adherence to the quality management system and continuous participation in quality assurance and development of the facility
  • Housekeeping tasks related to childcare practice

Requirements:


  • Successful completion of training as a child care worker or social assistant
  • Ability to work independently and flexibility
  • Enjoyment of working in a team and with children and families
