To optimize the efficiency and quality of patient care, we are looking for an experienced
Appointment Scheduling Controller for a private eye clinic group (m/f/d) at our location in
Hamburg.


Your responsibilities in detail:

  • Planning and organization:
Managing and ensuring an efficient appointment scheduling system for patient consultations, pre-examinations, surgeries, and post-operative follow-ups.

  • Resource management:
Ensuring optimal use of resources to avoid bottlenecks in the system and support patient flow.

  • Communication and collaboration:
Close collaboration with the service center and clinics to exchange appointment availability and ensure appropriate care. Identifying bottlenecks and developing solutions to optimize appointment scheduling.

  • Monitoring and analysis:
Continuous monitoring of patient flow, identifying bottlenecks, and developing solutions to optimize appointment scheduling.

  • Quality control:
Ensuring compliance with quality standards in patient care and minimizing wait times for maximum patient satisfaction.

  • Reporting and analysis:
Creating reports on utilization and presenting recommendations for process
