We are currently offering a first professional experience as:

// Trainee on the Job - Sales Administration / Finance (m/f/d)

initially limited to 12 months, entry-level position

/Tasks

  • Support in the deposit of individual sales programs; circulars from five brands (Alfa Romeo, Jeep, Fiat, Abarth and Fiat Professional) in the bonus settlement system "NBS" for automated and fast settlement of new car bonuses (dealers, bodybuilders and direct customers)
  • Participation in the control and management of the settlement of sales programs in coordination with IT, sales and the CA bank
  • You are the contact person for dealers, sales and field service for questions and settlement problems related to dealers
  • Creation of debit/credit notes for price differences in case of price
