Job Opening: Organizational Consultant (m/f/d) in the Software Development Environment
Responsibilities:
- Consulting and supporting our client in the public sector in optimizing organizational structures in the context of software development
- Analysis and evaluation of existing processes (software development) and identification of potential for improvement
- Analysis and evaluation of roles and business areas
- Development and implementation of measures to increase efficiency and quality in software development
- Optimization of collaboration model
- Definition of tasks per role
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in software development and/or organizational consulting
- Sound knowledge of common software development processes and methods (e.g. Agile, Scrum, DevOps)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Analytical thinking and ability to structure complex issues and develop solutions
Conditions:
- Start: May 2024
- Duration: December 2024, with option for extension
- Remote work: Full-remote
- Workload: Full-time
