WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING):

Support the Brand Consulting team in designing and implementing processes and governance throughout the partner lifecycle.
Collaborate with multiple teams within the organization to establish a scalable and wellintegrated CRM platform.
Educate and consult brand partners in our Partner Program and Connected Retail to embrace Zalando's Platform, adopt Zalando's Platform Services, and leverage key technologies.
Enable profitable growth for a defined set of brands in alignment with the Zalando group Strategy and within our compliance landscape.
Support senior team members in decisionmaking by collecting information, generating insights, and serving as their sparring partner.
Troubleshoot and improve our current platform processes. You should also be able to create processes for any problems that arise and turn them into widely adopted solutions for the team.
Maintain CRM excellence within your partner portfolio to ensure we have the best data and insights for strong decisionmaking.
