  • The central element of this profession is advising private and corporate clients.
  • You will learn this in our branches. In addition to the content of the consultations (money and asset investments, loans, and real estate financing), you will also learn about the different methods of communication: not only traditional face-to-face consultations, but also the specifics of telephone consultations and customer support through text or video chat.
  • As the training progresses, you will also become familiar with areas such as the Real Estate Forum, credit processing, and insurance department, and you will occasionally participate in events (such as beach parties or the Sparkassen run).
  • General business knowledge will be taught by professors from Jade University at the Wilhelmshaven and Oldenburg locations.
  • For topics specific to banking and insurance, lecturers from the companies involved in this program will be available.
