"We are certified according to 178 SGBIII AZAV for education vouchers. The Health Academy teaches based on a needs-oriented understanding of nursing, where professional and social skills are closely intertwined. The modern facilities of GAB are supported by free Wi-Fi, the use of the learning platform Ilias, and digital learning materials such as the eBook "I care" by Thieme. Vitos Suedhessen, HeiligGeistHospital Bensheim, and St Marienkrankenhaus provide each trainee with an iPad or tablet. Kreiskrankenhaus Heppenheim subsidizes a tablet/laptop by half up to a maximum of 400. We are also certified for education vouchers according to 178 SGBIII AZAV. Reflection on one's own behavior, communication, and coping with challenges in the professional everyday life are a major focus of the training. Through our language support/learning guidance/learning coaches, we teach individual learning techniques and accompany you through your training. The application process runs through GAB, in the application interview, you can tell us your preferred practical training provider (hospital), from whom you will then receive the training contract. The employment rate after training is almost 100% with a good completion."
