We are currently seeking a Production Manager to join our client in the Food Ingredients industry, located in Nienburg, Lower Saxony.

Our client is a global leader in the manufacturing and production of Specialty Ingredients. They supply their products to various sectors and markets, including the Food and Beverage industry.

Responsibilities

Optimizing operational and technical functions to meet quality standards, delivery deadlines, GMP requirements, cost targets, safety regulations, and productivity goals.
Ensuring exceptional product quality, safety, environmental compliance, and employee engagement.
Promoting a safe work environment and environmental initiatives through committees, audits, procedures, and training.
Collaborating closely with the Plant Director to maximize plant performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, or Food Science.
5+ years of experience in Production, with previous experience managing a team.
Knowledge of Quality Systems such as ISO 9001
