Description

We are looking for a motivated and communicative Junior Controller in full-time for a long-term position within direct placement. This is a dynamic, internationally operating company in the service industry located in 28199 Bremen, which values work-life balance and promotes a friendly and collegial work environment for its employees.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will support the company's controlling department in all business-related matters, particularly in the analysis of key figures and operating results
You will be responsible for creating monthly reports, including variance analysis
You will independently handle sub-projects and assist in creating forecasts and budget plans, as well as tracking their progress
You will also ensure close collaboration with adjacent accounting departments, especially in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements

Requirements

You have successfully completed a degree in business administration with a focus on controlling/finance and accounting, or have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have some practical experience in controlling
You are proficient in using MS Office programs, especially Excel
Excellent written and spoken German skills are required
Your flexibility, communication skills, and analytical and conceptual abilities make you stand out
