The company Schmitt Stahlbau GmbH is a medium-sized company in the steel and metal processing industry.

For over 90 years, we have been producing steel structures, pipeline components, pressure vessels, and plant components (apparatus construction) for industrial use.


Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing customer inquiries for scope of work, costeffectiveness, and technical feasibility
  • Cost calculation for steel and apparatus construction
  • Collaboration and coordination with internal and external project stakeholders beyond the acquisition phase
  • Participation in technical and commercial procurement processes

Qualifications:

  • Completed technical or commercial education
  • Ideally several years of professional experience and solid knowledge in cost calculation
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Proficient in reading technical drawings
  • Willingness to work and think entrepreneurially
