IN VIA is a member of IN VIA Bavaria and IN VIA Germany, as well as a specialist association within the German Caritas Association.

For the federal program "Respect Coaches" of the Youth Migration Services, we are looking for a
Pedagogical Employee (m/f/d) at the
Erding location, starting on June 15, 2023:

Full-time, 39 hours per week, initially limited until the end of 2023 with the option of extension.


In the nationwide "Respect Coaches" program, pedagogical professionals work in primary prevention at schools with the aim of protecting young people from extremism in all its forms, racism, and group-based hostility towards others.

The professionals conduct group activities in schools and support young people in orienting themselves in a pluralistic democratic society, developing their own positions, and confidently representing themselves.

The "Respect Coaches" work together with providers of political youth education and radicalization prevention.

The program is aimed at all students from the age of 12 to 27, regardless of their origin, faith, or gender.
