To further develop and support our finance department, we are currently seeking a (Associate) Director, FP&A and Accounting (m/f/d) in part-time (80%).

This position reports to the Senior Director, Finance and Operations EMEA and includes the following responsibilities:

Managing a small accounting team and a reporting specialist, with direct personnel responsibility
Main point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, and other external parties for all accounting and balance sheetrelated issues
Assisting in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/yearly financial statements according to IFRS, HGB, and tax law, as well as the preparation of consolidated financial statements
Supporting internal and external audits (tax audits, financial audits, internal audits)
Advising departments on all taxrelated matters (sales tax, income tax, etc.)
Preparing and filing tax returns
Participating in strategic financial management and projects
Developing accounting processes, digitalization, and internal
