These are your responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for the departments of service, kitchen, reception, housekeeping, and building maintenance with a total of approximately 100 team members
  • Management of the entire daily operations for an optimal stay of our guests
  • Coaching, controlling, and supporting all departments in the hotel
  • Personal point of contact for our guests and employees
  • Ensuring high guest satisfaction and handling complaints with respect
  • Regular coordination with relevant interfaces
  • Development and implementation of modern and suitable hotel and gastronomy concepts for our hotel
  • Ensuring and continuously improving quality standards, as well as optimizing work processes in the operational area
  • Management of projects in collaboration with department heads
  • Planning and organizing events and functions
  • Marketing and sales
