Your responsibilities
Managing the entire service team (restaurant, bar, breakfast)
Ensuring smooth operations in all service areas (bar, conference/events, breakfast, and service)
Optimizing restaurant occupancy
Training employees (professionally and company-specific)
Actively selling food and drinks
Administrative tasks (maintaining menus, vacation planning, scheduling, table planning)
Daily coordination with the head chef
