The non-profit organization IN VIA Köln GmbH is a subsidiary of the Catholic association IN VIA Köln e.
V. and operates an inclusion company with the business areas of gastronomy and communal catering. We work in a highly motivated team, consisting of people with and without disabilities.


In the field of communal catering (school and daycare meals), IN VIA gGmbH operates a state-of-the-art large kitchen in the Schanzenviertel district of Cologne-Mülheim.

Currently, over 5,000 school meals are prepared there daily and delivered to daycare centers, primary and special schools, as well as secondary schools in the Cologne area.


The company, currently with around 50 employees, is run as an integration company and continuously aims to integrate 25 people with disabilities into the workforce.

For our location in Cologne-Mülheim (Schanzenviertel), we are currently looking for:

A Warehouse Employee / Driver (m/f/d)

with a workload of 30 hours per week.

Your tasks will include in particular:

Warehouse activities:

  • Receiving and checking incoming goods
  • Unpacking, sorting and preparing goods
  • Storage of goods
  • Maintaining cleanliness and order in all warehouse areas
  • Preparing the warehouse, setting up equipment for the following day

Delivery driver for school and daycare meals:

  • Loading and unloading the vehicle
  • Delivering meals in the Cologne area
  • Distrib
