To successfully implement versatile major projects in the areas of project services, energy supply, plant construction, and transportation & structures, expertise in the field of quality and occupational safety is essential. That's why we are looking for a Junior QHSSE Manager (m/f/d) for our offices in Munich, Bremen, or Berlin.

Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting projects/project managers in meeting quality requirements and addressing HSE issues.
  • Assisting in reviewing and commenting on provided documents regarding QA/QC compliance and HSSE.
  • Participating in the planning and execution of HSE studies and workshops.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of quality and HSE audits.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of Lessons Learned workshops.
  • Assisting in the qualification of suppliers and contractors in terms of HSE.
  • Contributing to the development of safety/QA/QC-related documents for pre-qualification and bidding.
  • Participating in project-specific HSE audits, documenting and following up on actions.
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of the quality management system.
