What to expect:

You will operate, maintain and monitor the technical building equipment and infrastructure. This includes, among others, refrigeration and air conditioning systems, electrical systems, heating, pumps and lifting systems, sprinkler and gas extinguishing systems, smoke, heat and exhaust systems, building control technology and data networks, laboratory building technology and laboratory equipment.
In regular operation, you will troubleshoot and resolve malfunctions and develop compensation measures to ensure the operation of the systems.
You will also perform installation and repair work on these systems to maintain their functionality.
You will monitor the installation, testing and maintenance work of external companies in LKA properties.
You will inspect safety equipment and initiate their replacement or repair in case of defects. You will also participate in the installation and operation of safety monitoring systems.

What we expect from you:

Electrician for building and infrastructure systems or for energy and building technology with several years of professional experience or
Statecertified technician in the field of electrical engineering or mechatronics with a focus on machinery and plant technology
Unrestricted Class 3 driver's license (old) or EU driver's license B
