Lassie is a rapidly growing Insurtech start-up with the mission to transform the topic of animal health.

As a digital pet insurance provider, we offer insurance coverage for dogs and cats in case of emergencies, as well as a simple and completely digital process.

Our goal is also to reduce illnesses and injuries in pets and promote knowledge about proper care for dogs and cats.

After great success in our home market in Sweden, Lassie is now successfully operating in Germany.


We are looking for you to join our great team: Working Student - Customer Success (m/f/d). You will support our customers with inquiries regarding our insurance products for dogs and cats and help ensure that every interaction with us is a unique experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

You communicate with our customers and take care of their requests and questions (via chat, email, and phone)

You receive customer feedback and share it with other teams, and based on customer feedback, you bring in your ideas on how to further optimize the customer journey

You support in optimizing processes and guidelines for communication with our customers

You gain exciting insights into the processing of veterinary bills and check customer inquiries - for example, regarding processing time or required documents

Qualifications

You are enrolled as a student and still have at least 2 semesters left to study

You are empathetic, have a positive attitude, and are a strong communicator

You have a passion for pets (dogs and cats) and can empathize with our customers (
