YOUR JOB

You are the first point of contact for our guests at the reception and manage challenges confidently, independently and in the best interest of our guests.
You handle booking inquiries and support our future guests in planning their stay.
You also contribute your skills to other areas of administration.

YOUR PROFILE

You ideally have professional experience in the upscale hotel industry.
You are a person with charm, flexibility, excellent manners and a strong service mindset.
You communicate in German, English and/or have additional language skills (such as Arabic, French, Spanish).
You are a dedicated individual and enjoy working independently with demanding guests from Germany and abroad.
You are willing to work on weekends and holidays.
You have good PC and MS Office skills.
