The Walter AG, located in Zell, is currently seeking a:

R&D Technician Roundtools Threading (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

A key part of your mission will be to plan and select the most suitable method/technology for determining tool performance
You will independently conduct experiments and evaluate the results
You ensure the quality and timely delivery of results for selfconducted tasks
You prioritize tasks in your work area independently, with the goal of meeting project deadlines
You are responsible for adhering to standard operating procedures, instructions, and manuals, as well as developing existing methods/procedures in your area
You identify and mitigate EHS risks in your own workplace
You are responsible for a variety of equipment and methods in your own area, as well as standard operating procedures, instructions, and guidelines
Writing characteristic result reports, mainly in English, is also part of your responsibilities
You may represent employees in other areas when necessary

Your profile:

You have completed further education as a master or technician in the field of machining or manufacturing technology
You have 5 years of experience in a production or laboratory environment, or in a similar field
You have knowledge and experience in machining processes such as drilling, threading, and milling
You have a solid understanding of NC programming
