We are looking for Customer Service Representatives (m/f/d) for direct hire (INBOUND ACTIVITY).

You will work during the day, Monday to Friday, until 6pm at the latest.

Your tasks will include telephone customer service as well as handling incoming customer inquiries in writing. You will provide customers with advice and support.

Your responsibilities:


  • Answering customer and service inquiries via phone and email
  • Taking orders and bookings
  • Handling various back office tasks

Required skills:


  • Basic computer skills are an advantage but not mandatory
  • Strong communication skills with excellent German language skills, both written and spoken

Required education:


  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
  • Career changers are welcome to apply

Employment type:
Full-time


Working hours:
Monday to Friday between 8am-6pm
