We are looking for you as part of our training program for our hospitality businesses starting on August 1st, 2024

Training duration: 3 years

The diverse gastronomy at UKM consists of patient catering, cafeteria, bistro-kiosk, vending machines, diet kitchen, main kitchen, bakery, commissioning zone, and UKM catering "Herd & Soul" with the restaurant "Zum Dekan". The above-mentioned areas produce, organize, and coordinate the catering for patients, guests, and employees.

Your responsibilities:
  • Learning various skills
  • Organizing processes in a large kitchen
  • Proper handling of food and operation of kitchen equipment and machinery
  • Planning, calculating, and purchasing ingredients for dishes
  • Proper storage of food
  • Independently managing work tasks
  • Creating menus and setting up buffets
  • Providing excellent service to our guests, including advising, promoting, and selling our products
