Our client, a leading service company for private banks in Germany, offers comprehensive services to the banking industry and holds a top position in these segments. The company is well-known nationwide and is currently seeking an IT Service Manager (m/f/d) for their location in Cologne.
The existing team consists of approximately 250 highly motivated employees who are looking forward to working with you to successfully complete various projects.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for internal IT
- Management and evaluation/conception of the supply chain as well as professional selection of suppliers
- Monitoring of service delivery and usage
- Implementation of control measures to ensure service quality
- Main point of contact for questions regarding IT services
Profile
- Broad knowledge of IT and applications
- Knowledge of agile methods and the ITIL framework
- Several years of practical experience in the regulated environment of banks and their IT service providers
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills, sense of responsibility, high service orientation, and resilience
- Fluent in German and good knowledge of English
