Description

Your tasks include operating, designing, developing, commissioning, documenting, and supporting existing and new software.

You independently manage the life cycle, 3rd level support, and coordination with external companies whose software is used by us.

You are in contact with our customers and support them with questions about the managed IT systems. The focus of the task is on operating and further developing software (e.g. open-source software). You ensure the stability of IT systems and ensure that disruptions are quickly resolved. The software is continuously developed in an agile project.
