La Fosse is currently seeking a New Product Development Project Manager for one of the leading international companies in the market for innovative laser marking systems. This company is a global technology center for laser marking solutions and is a leader in camera-based precision systems. We work with clients in the medical technology, automotive, aerospace, and electronics industries to enable product traceability.

We are looking for a highly skilled individual to lead new product development projects from start to finish. As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the development and delivery of Portfolio & Technology projects, programs, and products. This includes managing budgets, deliverables, milestones, and timelines to ensure that all requirements are met and customer expectations are exceeded. You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, third parties, and external bodies to ensure a successful outcome.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the development and delivery of projects, programs, and products

Establish and manage budgets, deliverables, milestones, and timelines

Ensure robust project governance and effective communication with stakeholders

Promote the vision of the program and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders

Achieve development and delivery goals and objectives

Ensure on-time, cost-effective, and high-quality deliverables

Provide progress reports and maintain team motivation
