Job Description:

This individual must:

Have at minimum six months professional caregiver experience
Be local to the Beaumont and surrounding areas.
Have a current Texas Driver's License
Go out into community to recruit caregivers
Make weekly mentoring phone calls
Focus on caregiver retention
Schedule interviews
Be patient with other staff, clients and families on the phone
Follow proper phone etiquette
Staff client cases as openings arise
Work shift in client's home if caregivers or care leaders are unable to fill shift
Attend meetings at our office to get updates on caregivers/clients

This person would need to be available every other week as follows:

Hours
:
Every Other Week-ON CALL
Monday 4:00pm to 8:00am

Tuesday 4:00pm to 8:00am

Wednesday 4:00pm to 8:00am

Thursday 4:00pm to 8:00am

Friday will be 4:00pm Friday evening to 8:00am Monday morning

Daily Pay Rate:
$35 per day during the week
$100 per day on the weekend

*Hourly rate is paid if needed to work in a home. This would be in addition to daily pay rate.
