Your tasks:

Support and advice for all blue-collar and white-collar employees in all personnel-related matters
Contact person for the works council as well as authorities and institutions
Implementation of personnel measures and implementation of individual personnel measures
Design of modern personnel work in the company
Support in maintaining personnel master data
Conducting and accompanying personnel discussions
Support of the management in the area of personnel development, further training and training planning

Your profile:

Completed vocational training in the commercial sector, preferably in human resources
Professional experience in recruiting would be an advantage
