We are currently seeking a full-time Parking Facility Attendant (m/f/d) for our facilities in Hattingen and Witten.

We welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds and experience, including career changers and individuals over 55 years old.

Responsibilities:

Cleaning and maintenance of parking facilities and equipment
Inspection and maintenance of all lighting fixtures
Minor repairs as needed
Collection and accounting of shortterm parking fees from automated machines
Management of longterm parkers
Winter maintenance
Onsite contact for clients and users

Requirements:

Basic understanding of business and technical operations, previous experience as a caretaker is a plus
Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
Handyman skills (no technical training required)
Willingness to learn and adapt
Reliable and detailoriented with good communication skills
Friendly and customeroriented
Availability for shift and oncall work
Fluent in German (written and spoken)
Valid driver's license, own car preferred
