That's why we are looking for you as:

IT Service Employee (m/f/d) for our client in Hannover

  • You will work directly at our client's site
  • You will provide initial support for questions and error reports from our clients
  • You will take responsibility for upgrades, maintenance, and repair of hardware
  • You will develop technical solutions and implement them
  • You will work together with your team and coordinate with support centers if necessary
  • You will independently document your work in the systems

Your Profile:

  • You have completed a technical apprenticeship, ideally in IT
  • You have a high level of customer and service orientation as well as good communication skills
  • You have a high sense of responsibility, resilience, and flexibility
