We are focused on profitable growth in the coming years, including expanding to new locations. We are currently seeking a part-time (hours negotiable) Store Manager (m/f/d) for our BONITA store in Oer-Erkenschwick.

Your responsibilities:

You will provide competent and professional customer service and advice
You will be responsible for managing the staff in your store
You will create the staff schedule for your team
You will support the Area Manager with inventory management
With your attention to detail, you will ensure that merchandise is displayed according to company standards
You will handle cash and receipts in the store
You will manage inventory and the store's stockroom

What we expect from you:

You are interested in an exciting, customerfocused role in retail with leadership responsibilities
You have previous leadership experience in retail, ideally in the textile industry
Fashion
