Spanish Customer Service Representative

Remote to RI, MA, CT


Duration: 0-3+ Months (Possible Extensions)

Hours: 1st Shift (Monday to Friday)

Pay Rate:
$17.50/Hour on W2 (All Inclusive - No Benefits)


  • Understand the collector community/passion and provide best resolution for fan collectors; ability to deescalate, take ownership and provide outstanding service with every interaction.
  • Ability to effectively manage multi support systems.
  • Maintain an indepth knowledge of all products and processes.
  • Identify and accurately call out potential trends and consumer concerns.
  • Understanding knowledge of collector brands
  • Transformers, Star Wars, Marvel, etc.
  • SAP knowledge a plus

  • Ability to accurately assess the entire situation to make an informed decision.

Required:


  • Minimum of 3years in a contact center environment preferred.
  • Associates degree preferred or a combination of some college and equivalent work experience.
  • Bilingual/multilingual in French Canadian or Spanish a plus.

Up to $17.50 per hour
