Your tasks:


  • Ongoing accounts receivable/payable accounting
  • Preparatory work for the annual financial statements
  • VAT preregistration
  • Payroll accounting
  • Accounting
  • Document control (invoices/delivery notes)
  • Monitoring of account transactions
  • Reporting, BWA
  • Evaluations for management
  • Account clarification, dunning, monthly closing
  • Processing of internal matters

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial training with a focus on accounting
  • Very good knowledge of Lexware and Datev as well as solid MS Office skills
  • Several years of professional experience in accounting
  • Reliability, friendliness, teamwork
  • Independent, accurate, and conscientious work style
