Description

At Livonia Center, we are currently seeking an IT License Manager (m/w/d) for our location in Berlin.

Your responsibilities:
Providing expert advice and support on licensing issues
Reviewing license terms and agreements in coordination with relevant departments
Preparing and accompanying contract negotiations and manufacturer audits in coordination with relevant departments
Managing license and usage agreements, monitoring license contracts, and creating license balances
Maintaining and developing the software asset/license database
Assisting in optimizing the software asset inventory
Assisting in defining and implementing guidelines, processes, and metrics for demand-based licensing
Assisting in continuously improving license management processes

Your profile:
Completed degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in contract and software license management
Good knowledge of current license models of leading software manufacturers
Knowledge of software and IT architectures
Business and cost-conscious thinking and acting
Systematic, solution-oriented, and independent way of working
Strong customer and service orientation
Teamwork and excellent communication skills in written and spoken German.
