Job Description: The Challenge
  • As part of the Customer Language Excellence team, you are responsible for coordinating legally compliant customer communication and ensuring that synergies are identified and leveraged across business units.
  • You act as a link between business requirements and legal feasibility while safeguarding customer interests.
  • You work closely with various EDG departments, especially Legal and Data Protection, and coordinate and support the definition and implementation of legally compliant customer communication.
  • You are responsible for guidelines and guidelines for legally compliant customer communication.
  • You coordinate and prepare measures for audit inspections and external defense documentation.
Your Profile
  • You have several years of experience as a business lawyer at the interface between business and legal/data protection, preferably in consent management or the use of data for advertising purposes.
  • You quickly grasp legal and dynamic relationships and are able to communicate and coordinate the legally compliant implementation of regulations and requirements in a targeted manner.
  • You know the market and are able to set benchmarks and question existing practices.
  • Excellent German skills (B2) complete your profile.
