We are currently seeking a Service Technician (m/f/d) to join our team at VGRB GmbH in Bridgehampton as soon as possibleYour responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring fast and appropriate solutions to technical issues
- Preventing repeat repairs and breakdowns through thorough diagnosis and job processing
- Conducting customer consultations for technical problems
- Utilizing all available systems and tools to quickly and permanently resolve customer complaints
- Providing assistance and advice for challenging tasks within your capabilities
- Completed training as a car mechanic (m/f/d) or automotive technician (m/f/d)
- Certification as a service technician is desirable
- Analytical thinking skills
- Indepth knowledge of current vehicle technology
