What you will do at Oglethorpe:
Are you looking to take on a leadership role? Then become the right hand of our store manager and assist with all tasks, and even step in as a replacement when needed. You can expect many exciting challenges in our Oglethorpe store:
- You will not only implement the sales concept, but also actively contribute your ideas to shaping the product range and carry out advertising and sales measures.
- You will manage sales, costs, and inventory development.
- You will support your team with advice and assistance, lead by example, and create work schedules.
- You will implement quality management in all areas and ensure that our customers feel completely comfortable with your competent advice and attentive service.
- You will be responsible for compliance with legal and company regulations.
- You will ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and cleanliness with your attention to detail.
What we are looking for:
- Your commercial apprenticeship, preferably in the food retail sector, or a comparable education. A degree as a retail specialist is a plus. <
