Location:
Cambridge, MA Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM with some weekends and evenings as needed

About the Role:

About You:

• Must-Haves:
• 3 or more years of experience with social media marketing, including content creation and community engagement, and digital advertising
• Experience with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
• Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) or video editing tools
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM and content marketing best practices
• Solid technical skills such as HTML, spreadsheets, analytics, and AI tools
• 2 or more years of experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads
• Datadriven thinking and decision making
• A creative and enthusiastic demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong copywriting and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills

Flexibility and enthusiasm for a fast-moving start-up environment:

• Ideally You Also Have:
• A degree in marketing
• Experience with paid advertising beyond paid search
• Experience with Hubspot and Wordpress
• A passion for learning and STEM

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing plan based on business targets
• Manage The Robo Hub's social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter) on a daily basis
• Manage and optimize the website for SEO/SEM (Wordpress)
• Attend events, capture media, and turn it into engaging content for social media and other marketing channels
• Track and analyze engagement on all digital marketing campaigns, generate reports, and provide insights and recommendations
• Implement and manage paid advertising campaigns
• Support effective use of subscriber list and CRM data (Hubspot)
• Stay uptodate on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
• Support other marketing projects as assigned
