Role Purpose:

This position serves as a brand promoter for Florens and is based in Hamburg, Germany.

The main responsibility is to create and present professional proposals that meet the needs of both the company and its customers, in order to increase Florens' presence and activity in the global market.

The goal is to establish, maintain, and strengthen productive business relationships for Florens worldwide.

A Typical Day in This Role:

Actively lease out new containers and deport units to major international container shipping companies.
Achieve volume growth with key accounts, including direct key account management.
Gather market intelligence and conduct regular market analysis.
Monitor customer credit to avoid credit risk (such as loss of our container assets or overdue accounts receivable).
Negotiate and finalize commercial terms for container moves.
Collaborate closely with all stakeholders to utilize resources in line with company objectives.
Work closely with international container shipping companies.
Extensive business travel may be required.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree or higher in shipping, logistics, or business administration preferred.
Previous experience in container leasing or container management for a container shipping company preferred.
Strong computer and IT skills, with extensive knowledge of MS Excel.
Attention to detail and problemsolving
