    What You'll Do In this role, you will:

    Build and Innovate:

    Play a key role in developing our core backend infrastructure, making strategic architectural decisions to support our growing user base.


    Create Robust Systems:
    Develop scalable and robust systems balancing speed and long-term reliability.

    Team Growth:
    Contribute to team expansion by setting high standards and helping to attract and mentor new talent.

    Enhance User Experience:
    Collaborate with design and PM teams to implement features that enhance user experience and satisfaction.
    Key Responsibilities
    Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions for our financial products and services.
    Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code mainly in Proficiency in TypeScript is a valuable bonus.
    Collaborate with iOS, fraud, and tax teams to integrate software components and ensure seamless user experiences.

    Use AWS services to create scalable and robust cloud-based solutions, maintain a continuous integration and deployment pipeline (using GitHub Actions).

    Design, develop, and maintain databases, emphasizing SQL proficiency.
    Conduct code reviews, ensuring compliance with coding standards and best practices.
    Participate in agile development processes, including planning, estimation, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
    Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software, providing effective solutions to complex problems.

    Actively contribute to the exploration and implementation of AI/ML technologies, aligning with the company's direction in artificial intelligence and machine learning.

    Qualifications
    Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development, focusing on
    Demonstrable experience with AWS cloud services and SQL databases.
    Excellent problem-solving skills and a profound understanding of software development principles.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to express ideas and collaborate with non-technical team members.
    A keen interest in AI/ML programming and a willingness to learn and grow in this area.

    Compensation The base salary range for this full-time position is $145,000 - $165,000, plus early employee equity and benefits. The actual salary will be determined by skills, experience, and other relevant factors. We offer competitive compensation packages and a commitment to your professional growth.
