At our factory in Neuburg, we offer a total of two apprenticeships for industrial mechanics (m/f/d) starting on September 1st, 2024.

What to expect in the next 3.5 years:

This apprenticeship focuses on customer-oriented work, quality assurance, and the use of modern communication techniques. In a field that is gaining more and more importance in a globalized world, foreign language skills and teamwork are required.

When you choose an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d) at ROCKWOOL, you will be trained as a specialist for the operational readiness of machines and systems. This includes repair and maintenance as well as assembly of components as core tasks of an industrial mechanic. Learning all the necessary skills in handling state-of-the-art operating technology is an important part of the training. Other key areas include process and customer orientation, as well as quality management.
