The Company


Our client is a nationwide project development and real estate company that specializes in complex commercial and residential construction projects.

They manage a large portfolio of commercial properties.

The Position

  • You will be responsible for reviewing and drafting contracts related to real estate, as well as assisting in the ongoing development and updating of the company's contract management and standards.
  • You will handle corporate legal matters for the group (establishment of new companies, preparation/implementation of corporate changes, mergers, etc.).
  • Additionally, you will negotiate, draft, and review major contracts, particularly in the areas of corporate, property, and lease law, and conduct due diligence on real estate contracts.
  • You will also serve as a point of contact for various legal issues related to the company's real estate portfolio.
  • You will provide legal advice and training to department employees on real estate law.
  • Your responsibilities will also include reviewing proposals from relevant departments to the management/decisionmakers, taking minutes, and monitoring compliance.
  • You will work closely with the management team and collaborate with other departments within the group.
Your Profile

  • You have a degree in law or business law (m/f/d) or a degree in law (2nd state examination) or equivalent qualification.
  • You have relevant professional experience in real estate and lease law in a legal department or specialized law firm.
  • You have extensive knowledge of corporate, property, and lease law.
