At our "Haus Sonnenschein" Kindergarten in Eisenach, we are looking for you to join us as a facility manager (m/f/d) immediately. The position is available in both part-time (minimum 20 hours per week) and full-time (39 hours per week) and is initially limited with a very good chance of permanent employment.

Your responsibilities

The management of a kindergarten involves designing, steering, and coordinating the pedagogical processes. You ensure that the tasks of the facility are fulfilled in a professional manner and that legal, professional, and structural requirements are met. This includes in particular

Concept, quality, and organizational development,
pedagogical room design,
management of work processes,
personnel management, and
collaboration with parents as well as relevant services and offers in the social environment.
